Welcome to Veneto, Alessandra's region!

We are located in the province of Treviso, just an hour’s drive from Piazza San Marco, the heart of one of Italy’s most famous cities, Venice, and only a hundred kilometers from Cortina d’Ampezzo, set in the stunning Dolomites. Venice, the Prosecco Superiore hills, and the Dolomites: three exceptional sites that have been recognized as UNESCO World Heritage. The Marca Trevigiana is a charming area of Veneto, easily accessible and an exceptional starting point for many destinations.

Venice, Verona, and Padua are world-famous and need no introduction.
But beyond these, there are hidden and lesser-known corners that are definitely worth discovering.

Below, you'll find some suggestions, but for any questions or advice, feel free to contact Barbara, our dear friend and a true lover of the region.

She’ll be happy to provide all the information you need!

CONEGLIANO VALDOBBIADENE PROSECCO HILLS

The Prosecco Hills, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2019, stretch between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene in the heart of Veneto.

This unique landscape, marked by vineyards arranged in “ciglioni” on steep slopes, embodies a perfect harmony between nature and human labor. Here is where the renowned Prosecco Superiore DOCG is born, a symbol of Italian winemaking excellence. Strolling through these hills means immersing yourself in a timeless atmosphere, among historic villages, welcoming wineries, and breathtaking views. In Valdobbiadene, enjoy the panorama from the iconic Osteria senz’Oste or visit renowned wineries like Col Vetoraz, PdC, and Colesel. In Conegliano, explore the historic Wine School, the Castle, and enjoy an aperitivo in Piazza Cima. Nearby, don’t miss the majestic San Salvatore Castle in Susegana, the Abbey of Follina, the picturesque village of Cison di Valmarino with Castelbrando, the fairytale-like Molinetto della Croda in Refrontolo, and the scenic Ca’ del Poggio climb.

A land to savor, between beauty, nature, and tradition.

THE SEA

The sea in Veneto is about an hour’s drive from the province of Treviso and is easily accessible with great connections. Coastal destinations (Jesolo, Caorle, Cavallino, Eraclea) offer well-equipped beaches and excellent services for a relaxing day by the sea.

However, William would like to point out that the sea is not comparable to that of Santo Stefano al Mare in Liguria!

MOUNTAINS

In Veneto, you'll find the Dolomites, a true natural paradise and UNESCO World Heritage site!
In summer, these mountains offer unforgettable hiking trails, while in winter, they transform into a paradise for snow sports enthusiasts.
